From Queensferry.

From the Queensferry Roundabout follow the signs for Sandycroft (B5129). Through two sets of traffic lights, watching out for the speed camera on the left (30MPH). You will eventually pass a Mitsubishi Dealer on the left then you'll see the Bridge Inn Pub. Turn left into Station Road and follow the road over the bridge. Turn right into Prince William Avenue and then right again and you will see the Intelligent Tuning unit on the right.

From Chester/Broughton.

Exit the A55 at Broughton Retail Park. At the roundabout go straight over
then at the next one go straight over again past the Airbus runway on the right. Next roundabout turn right, straight over at the following roundabout past the Little Roodee housing estate. At the next roundabout turn left onto the B5129, Airbus is on your right. Follow the road until you see the Bridge Inn Pub. Turn right into Station Road and follow the road over the bridge. Turn right into Prince William Avenue and then right again and you will see the Intelligent Tuning unit on the right.
